Last week, we had dinner in Kosebasi Turkish restaurant in Cube Mall Salmiya and this was our second visit to this branch.
Turkish cuisine is one of our favourite, its has many similarities with oriental cuisine and tastes really good and delicious.
Below are 4 of the the great choice we tried in Kosebasi Turkish restaurant.
1. Adana Sushi Kebab: Hand-ground lamb kebab wrapped in lavash bread, cut and grilled to perfection! Topped with garlic flavored yoghurt sauce and melted butter with Turkish spices and served with your choice of burghul or French fries.
This was our favourite dish, very rich in ingredients and flavors and its price is KD 4.450
2. Mantı: Little dumplings made of seasoned ground lamb with onion, wrapped in a homemade dough, boiled until soften, topped with garlic yogurt sauce and garnish with melted butter and Turkish spices.
The crispy dumplings with the yogurt mixture are just irresistible and the price is KD 3.750
3. Grilled Lamb Cubes: Tender cubes of marinated lamb served with french fries and bulgur and some vegetables.
If you like grilled dishes, you will enjoy this and its price is KD 4.000
4. Hummus Doner: This appetizer consists of hummus with Turkish doner or shawarma topped with almond sticks.
You can enjoy this appetizer with Turkish fresh bread and olive oil.
