Murex D’Or 2017 took place in Casino Du Liban and was aired on MTV Lebanon and this is the 17th year of this event and Lebanese award that was founded by Dr. Fadi and Zahi Helou.
There were many awards and winners as usual and below are the celebrities that won the Murex D’Or 2017 Awards.
As for Lebanese singers, awards were given to Wael kfoury, Nancy Ajram, Ramy Ayach, Cyrine Abdelnour, Abeer Nehme and Moeen Shreif.
As for Arab singers, awards were given to the Egyptian singer Sherine Abdel Wahab, the Egyptian singer Mohamed Hamaki, Tunisian singer Shaima Hilali and the syrian singer Nassif zeytoun.
Lebanese actors and actresses that won the Murex D’Or 2017 are Nadine Nassib Njeim, Wissam Hanna, Pamela El Kik, Badih Abou Chakra and Assaad Rushden.
Arab actors and actresses that won the Murex include the Egyptian Actor Amr Youssef, the Egyptian actress Mona Zaki, the Syrian actor Taim Hassan and the Jordanian and Palestinian actress Mais Hamdan.
"Amir El Leil" won the best Lebanese series award and many other awards were given based on this series that left behind a big fingerprint in the Lebanese drama.
The Murex D’Or award was also given to the poet Nizar Francis, the director Hassan Ghaddar, the writer Mona Tayeh, the producer Jamal Sannan, the director Phillip Asmar and the director Assad Fouladkar.
A special award was given to the Italian actress Claudia Cardinale and the Lebanese politician Elias Bou Saab.
The Moroccan star Saad Lmjarred also won two awards but wasn't able to attend due to his circumstances and the singer Balqees wasn't able to attend as well.
All in all, Murex D’Or 2017 was a success and really well organized so thumbs up.
